Commonly grown in southern France, this lavender flowers in midsummer, a little later than the English lavenders (from July-August until late summer). Highly aromatic, it is lavender of choice for fresh and dry bouquets, lavender wands and culinary creations. Great in group plantings, along with other herbs and grasses, and to attract pollinators.
We acknowledge with great respect and humility the T'Sou-ke Nation of the Coast Salish peoples whose relationship with these lands, now known as Sooke, continue, unbroken, to this day.
