Plant these tasty lettuces 8-12" apart to give them room to grow. Harvest by the cut-and-come-again method or by picking individual leaves as needed.
Buttercrunch lettuce: Thick, juicy and crisp leaves in a compact head. Maintains sweetness in summer heat. Slow to bolt. Harvest at 65-75 days. Plant in part to full shade.
Mesclun blend: Colourful, tasty, salad mix. Harvest at 30 days. Plant in full sun.
Gourmet mix: Colourful and flavourful blend of several red and green leaf lettuces. Harvest at 48-76 days. Plant in part to full shade.
